1. Introduction to WIDO
WIDO is a company specialized in creating turnkey websites for small and large businesses and craftsmen.

2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between WIDO and its clients in the context of selling website creation services and related services (maintenance, visuals, copywriting).

3. Our Services
WIDO offers the following services:

Website creation (showcase, visibility, e-commerce)

Website maintenance and updates

Visual design

Content writing
Details of the services are specified in the quotes and in the description of the offers.

4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are expressed in MUR and specified in each accepted quote.
Payment terms are as follows:

30% upon order (non-refundable deposit)

The balance upon delivery of the website
No website will be published online without full payment.

5. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are provided for information only in the quote. They depend in particular on the client's responsiveness (submission of content, approvals). Any delay from the client will result in a postponement of the delivery date.

6. Client Obligations
The client agrees to:

Provide all elements necessary for the completion of the service (texts, photos, information).

Respect the deadlines for approving mockups.

Ensure that the content provided complies with applicable laws.
7. Liability
WIDO cannot be held responsible for misuse of the delivered website or for any malfunction linked to third parties (hosting providers, external services).
The client remains responsible for the content published on their website.

8. Intellectual Property
The website remains the property of WIDO until full payment of the service. After full payment, the client becomes the owner of their website and its content.

9. Confidentiality
WIDO commits to respecting the confidentiality of any information provided by the client.

10. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts of [location] will have jurisdiction.
